Mmmm... Guac...

Just a quick post to update that I’m now at 16 weeks pregnant and I look like this:

I missed the 14 and 15 week belly pics… they just got away from me what with being so sick and all….

The baby is now the size of an avacado:
Which is good because – as my friend Michele pointed out – now we can make Guacamole! I’m excited because at 3.5 oz the baby weighs the same amount as a skein of sock yarn:
16 weeks
And yarn seems much more substantial than produce.

  8. You really look great!!! This is a cliche I've never used before, but your skin is really glowing. It almost looks like you've lost weight everywhere except your stomach, so you are going to be one hot mama afterward!!!

    I hope the smile on your face means the migraines went the way of the dodo bird! (I really don't know where the dodo bird went, but I'm sure it's surrounded by a pile of random store-bought socks that inexplicably disappear in the wash.)

  10. mmm avocados! that's a good pregnant food. :) I just looked through my belly photos tonight. i remember feeling fat at 16 weeks. Now I only wish I was that skinny! :) Hope you are feeling better! I want you to enjoy being pregnant.
